The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. Sincere condolences to the Praete family. I worked with Frank many years ago through New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authority. I remember him as being a man of great integrity and dignity.

I extend my condolences to you. Frank was a longtime neighbor at 271 North Avenue, and we appreciated his wit and humor in many daily exchanges with the Clarks, including Walter Jr., Walter III and Madeleine, on the 4th floor.
