Frank, was a remarkable family-man and dedicated professional worker.
He will be remembered and missed. His spirit be with us all.

Frank was my brother’s best friend in High School and he and his sister Opal and I spent many fun times together . I am greatly saddened to hear of his passing and I’m sending my love to all his family.

Frank was Chair of the Bureau of Emergency Communications 9-1-1 User Board. He was dedicated and supportive, and was instrumental in advocating for the 9-1-1 and public safety dispatch profession. He served his community well and is greatly missed.

Frank and I went to grad school together at the University of Utah. He was such a jubilant, fun loving man, and he made it a point to absolutely enjoy all the best moments in life. We had some exciting ski and other outdoor adventures; we also worked together for a time at a savings and loan in Salt Lake. He was planning to kayak for me this summer when I did the Portland Bridge Swim. Even though I have not stayed in close touch with him through the years, I will so miss his big smile and...

Frank and I worked together in Gresham. I always thought very highly of him. He was smart, kind, had a nice sense of humor, and absolute integrity. He was quick to say wonderful things about his family, who he obviously dearly loved. Altogether, an outstanding man.
