Not sure what to say?

Theresa, Tim & family so sorry about the passing of your dad. He was a remarkable man. He will be missed by his beautiful loving family & many friends. He is no longer suffering & at peace. I send my condolences to all of you. May Frank RIP.

I became acquainted with Frank in August, 1982 when he was appointed Executive Director of Maintenance and Operations at Pueblo School District No. 60. I worked directly under him as Supervisor of Maintenance during the eight years he served as Executive Director. It was a privilege and a pleasure to have the opportunity to work for a leader of his caliber. Because of all of the help and guidance I received from Frank over the years I worked for him I became much better at my job than I would...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Please accept my condolences for your loss. I remember Mr. Ricotta from my teens. He was not my teacher, but I knew his daughters who were a reflection of Mr. and Mrs. Ricotta’s love of family. Later in my life, Mr. Ricotta asked if I would be interested in serving on the Roselawn Advisory Board. Although I could not serve, I was so honored that he even thought of me. Pueblo has lost a good son.

My children were privileged to have had Frank as a math teacher and later as a family friend. It was an honor to have known Frank and his wonderful family through the years.
May his memory be a blessing . Doris Trotter and family

My condolences to Carole and family. Frank’s passing is a great loss to the Pueblo community. As a former educator in Pueblo District 60, I have greatly appreciated Frank’s work in public education. May the love Frank and his family shared be a comfort in the coming years. Sincerely, Betty Post Cotton

Sorry for your loss. I recall Frank being my basketball coach at St. Therese way back when. Thoughts and prayers to the Ricotta family

Frank: Rest easy now my friend. I miss talks with you and Bob Moore about Pueblo sports history and the events of the day. You are a good man, father, husband, grandpa and influence in the community. Rest in peace

Carol and family. I am so sorry to hear of Frank passing. He was a wonderful man and my mother thought the world if him when she worked for him. My children and I send our sincere sympathy to you and your family during this sad time. Our Lord has him and he is at peace.
Jodean, Jeremy and Candie Guay.

My heart is broken and will never be the same. He was a good friend and touched my heart and my families heart like no other. Caring and loving was he. Condolences to Carol and her family. Love you you all. Liz Portillos.
