Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of Franks passing. He was so kind to me and I always enjoyed talking to him. Scotty was his brother-in-law but also considered him a genuine friend and family. Sending prayers to the family

I worked with Frank at the Ohio Department of Insurance and he was one of the nicest people I knew. He had a heart of gold. I am keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I pray that the good memories you have will get you through this time.

I had known and worked with Frank for about 20 years - first when he was with the Ohio Department of Insurance and later as a board member of UTUIA. Frank was a wonderful, kind man. He will be missed.

Frank was a fun classmate at Benedictine for three years. He had a humerous quip
on many subjects of the day in high school. My condolences to his wife and family.

Our sincere condolences to Judy and the Riha family.

We had plans to visit in June on our annual trip from California. These were special times, will be missed, but we know we will see Frank again in Heaven.

Judy, know that we love you. To their family, our deepest regrets, Frank always mentioned...

Rest in peace good friend, "They are not dead who live in the hearts they leave behind."

Riha Family,Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I had the pleasure of knowing Frank over the past 10 years. Frank is one of a kind and a very big heart. Keep the memories close and I know there are a lot of them. I know family was very important to him. Seeing the family go over to his house every Saturday to have a family dinner and enjoy each other no matter the weather conditions. Crows Nest Cove will not be the same.... It was a great pleasure getting to know Frank. Thoughts and...
