I am so sorry to find this obituary .....I chatted with Frank(ie) on Facebook sometime ago....My family loved him, Dennis, Scarletta and Phylis as if they were our children. We loved their mom Vickie as well. May God wrap his loving arms around you and Dennis also our Bobby in Heaven and your loved ones left here on earth. We will forever love each of you and cry in quietness.
