Not sure what to say?

I am dishearted to hear of Frank's death. I played in the New Orleans Police Band and the American Legion Band with Mr. Frank Rosato for all of those years.
I, and my wife Doris, had to evacuate New Orleans for Hurricane Katrina.
God Bless our band leader Frank Rosato and his family. He brought so much happiness to others thru his music.
Alexander Coulonge, Jr.

Our sincere condolences - we are keeping Frank and his family in our thoughts & prayers. We will miss him at Manressa. Charles & Larry Tortorich

Mrs. Rosato and Family,
It is with great regret to hear of the death of Mr. Frank. He will always be remembered by me and the wonderful time he and my Dad, Henry, spent in composing the 156th Infantry Band book. I took great pride in helping them because I know they wanted their "war days" and all the events that the band played for to be documented. I also remember the days in Waveland when we would come to the house and have a great time swimming in your pool. My prayers are with...

Please accept the sympathy of the Jesuit Fathers at Manresa House of Retreats. We will remember Frank in our prayers and Masses during the retreat this weekend. May God grant him the fulness of eternal life.

My wife and are greatly saddened by the passing of my uncle Frank. I have always loved him. When I think of him today as I write this, a Latin phrase comes to mind that best defines his life for me: "Nil Magnum Nisi Bonum." Loosely translated it means: "without goodness there is no greatness!" My uncle Frank was a Great Man.

My father, deceased NOPD Ptn George E. Fourmaux, and I enjoyed many hours of listening to the NOPD band under the direction of Major Rosato. May he rest in peace.

A Poem For Mr. Frank

Another victim of the storm
Who did not drowned or blow away
But when he saw that all was lost
He simply felt he could not stay
