Frank was a friend to everyone. He was always going out of his way to help a person in need. His dedication, thoroughness, and calmness under pressure were some admirable characteristics here at work. Everything he did seemed to revolve around making sure his family could be taken care of. I remember just 1 month ago I was talking to him about how excited he was to be a grandpa. I hope the happy memories of Frank can be remembered for years to come.
