I GREW UP IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND HAVE KNOWN FRANK FOR MANY YEARS. MY TWO BROTHERS WORKED FOR HIM AND HE WAS ALWAYS A TRUE GENTLEMAN. MATTER OF FACT HE PLAYED BOTH OF MY BROTHERS IN HANDBALL AT THE PARIS STREET GYM AND WHAT A COMPETITOR HE WAS. AFTER LEAVING THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND RAISING MY OWN FAMILY I AGAIN MET FRANK AT THE BOWLIING LANES, SO IMPRESSED WITH HIS BOWLING THAT I INVITED HIM TO BOWL WITH US AND NAMED THE TEAM '' SAVA'S MARKET" AND WINNING TWO CHAMPIONSHIPS. All of us who bowled with Frank liked him. Some of us remember his little old time convenience/grocery/Italian cold cut store in East Boston. I also remember how he enjoyed going on those "free" junkets to Atlantic City. May you rest in peace Frank.
