Read MoreI just found my copy of "Splitting Hairs," by Frank. We dated back in the early 80's. I am sad to see he left the plant, and not surprised that he accomplished so much and touched so many people's lives. He was smart and funny, and a real gem of a man. I already missed him, now I will miss him more. And at the same time be grateful for the time we did share. Rest in peace, Frank. Love Val

Franky o Franky. My dream since the 6th grade was to become a writer. In short it was Frank who at the age of 19 gave me this opportunity. I was employed at the RRT in 1993 during the transition which Frank took the journal from a monthly to a weekly. Initially ran from Franks home on Court St it was an exciting time.
