Rossi Funeral Home - Scotch Plains Obituary

Mr. Frank J. Schleicher, 88 of Springlake died Wednesday November 9, 2011 at Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood. Funeral service will be conducted on Monday November 14 at 10 AM at the Rossi Funeral Home 1937 Westfield Avenue Scotch Plains. Interment Fairview Cemetery Westfield. Visitation Sunday 3-5 PM.

Mr. Schleicher was born in Newark, lived in Garwood for 50 years, retiring to Point Pleasant and settling to Springlake. He was a control operator for PSE & G in Linden retiring in 1988. Mr. Schleicher was a WW II army veteran. He was a member of the VFW in Garwood and a life time member of the Garwood Little League.

Frank was predeceased by his wife Eleanor and his son Frank W.

Surviving is his son Thomas and his wife Joanne; and his 5 grandchildren.
