Dear Bonnie Lorena and family,
Our prayers and thoughts are with you during this time of loss. During the years I worked in EBR public schools, I actually met Frank a number of times at Istrouma Magnet and Glasgow. On those occasions, we would always talk about my connection with you from elementary school.
Bonnie, may God comfort and love strengthen you.

I offer my condolences to the Scimeca family. I knew Frank growing up! Jack, it was good visiting with you at the reunion. I will be praying for peace and comfort for your entire family.

I offer my sincerest condolences to Franks family. I haven't seen him for many years but I remember fun times at North Highlands Elementary School. I like him.

I was so sorry to hear about Frank. We worked together many years and he will be missed. He took care of so many things at our Head Start facilities as he was an honorable and dedicated employee and person. My sympathy goes to the family.

Ms.Bonnie and family,
My heart goes out to you and your family. I only met Mr. Frank once but if he was any thing like his father and brother he is/was a great man. You and your family continue to be in my prayers.
