Not sure what to say?

Frank, I owe ALL of the success I've enjoyed professionally since leaving the NAVY to you. Rest in Peace, my friend

I had the distinct honor of serving under CMDR Severance both aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln, and then later at FTC NorVa. Without a doubt, the finest officer I ever worked for. I literally owe my life to him. The world is richer for his having been here and poorer for his having passed. Rest in Peace Sailor. We have the watch.

I had the pleasure of being stationed with the good Commander and he was a professional who I still fondly remember almost thirty years later. Fair Winds and Following Seas.

Fair winds Frank - you will be missed.

I will miss his photography work and our conversation before photo club meetings.

Frank, was a great mentor, co-worker and friend. He was "that" guy. Always willing to stop what he was doing to help others. He will be missed. God bless you Frank, rest in peace.

Our paths only crossed once but we became colleges' immediately. My sincerest condolences to Frank's family and friends during this time of loss.

Navy Days

I had the pleasure of knowing Frank as both a coworker and friend. I was lucky to have known him. He was a great man and will be missed.

as many of life's journeys go. . .I had a brief yet enriching encounter with Frank - an interesting and extraordinary fellow, generous and replete with tales of "Big Navy", he will be missed
