I knew Frank when he was a Sgt with the National Zoological Park Police. He was a good friend and a wealth of police experience that I and other drew upon. He always was eager to share his experience and though a Sgt, he was always with the rank and file. Frank was such a good friend. My sincere condolences to his family. RIP Brother
