Frank was a country boy of humble beginings. Remained a gentleman of impeccable character throughout his life. A man whose qualities we should well emulate. Lastly, our condolences to his wife and family.

Dear Marcy, we share our sorrow with you over Frank's passing. But we celebrate his remarkable life. He was eminently successful in every endeavor not just because of his talents but more for his chosen priorities - family, faith,state and nation. May God give him eternal peace.
