Frank M. Sipe

Our deepest condolences go out to you, JoAnn, and your family. I've known you and Frank and the kids for over 40 years via the Foresters. You used to watch my daughters there when they were little. You and Frank were a "Forester Institution". I could always count on seeing your smiling face and your welcoming words whenever we were there.
