Frank Washington Snell Jr.

I have known Frank since my assignment to the Berlin Medical Hospital in 1976. I was in charge of the physical exam clinic and he always found time to stop by and say hello. He was such an inspiring person and my knowing him in this life enriched me greatly. We always remained in contact over these 30 plus years and I got to visit him on occasion when stationed at Ft. Ord in the early 90's . I will truly miss him deeply. Lee Sanders, Tampa, FL
