Mr Spencer was born on January 6, 1947 and passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019. Mr Spencer was a resident of Louisiana at the time of passing. Born in Key West, Florida to the late Ada Lucille Kling and the late Everette Lee Spencer, he graduated from St. Augustine High School with a scholarship to Florida State University. He proudly served his country in the United States Army between 1968 and 1971, and fought overseas in Vietnam. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie, Louisiana, 70001. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on January 26, 2019.
Oh Frank, how I miss you. You sent me on a wonderful Journey called life after Institute of Electronic Technology. I will never forget you, as you were my mentor, teacher and got me my first big gig in the Silicon Valley. It's been a long great ride since then. I will always miss you my dear friend!
