Frank E. Stovall

Frank Stovall was a very nice, friendly man, and always wore a smile. Frank did handy work at our house and sometimes brought his daughter who I believe was around my age to play with me. My father (Ralph Rommel)always said he was a good man, and a hard worker.....and I believe he was. Frank didn't have alot of money, but had a good heart and soul. Something money can't buy. The angels will surely enjoy his company.

so pleasant, so kind. Frank was a true gentleman.

has to be the same frank...just thinking about him the other day...used to be a handyman in neighborhood and did work for my father Ralph Rommel and others. never will forget you Frank...like my mom used to say....make sure Frank washes out those paintbrushes good!
