Frank passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Frank was a resident of Metairie, Louisiana at the time of passing. Frank was a graduate of Holy Cross High School and relished his days playing the saxophone in both the Holy Cross and Louisiana Tech University marching bands. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be will be held at City Park Pavillion of Two Sisters, April 27 from 2:00-4:00 pm. Memorial Service at the Pavilion of the Two Sisters at 2:00 PM on April 27, 2018. Donations can be made payable to Holy Cross High School for the band department by sending checks to Stuart Consulting Group 1018 Central Ave, Suite 200, Metairie, LA 70005, or visit www.gofundme.com/frankstuartsr. Also, blood donations in his name are still being sought by East Jefferson Hospital where he received 21 pints of blood and many more at University Medical Center.

Frank loved his accomplishments, New Orleans and family. So sorry to hear of his passing.

What a shock... Frank was my best friend in high school and college roommate. We both played saxaphone in the band. He was best man in our wedding. Ironically, he died on the day of our 45th anniversary. I have fond memories of our double dates and adventures together, and growing into men so many years ago.
