Frank W. Stuber

Funeral services celebrating the life of Frank W. Stuber, age 68, of New Auburn were held at 11:00 AM Wednesday September 5, 2007 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in New Auburn. Officiating was William Nelsen. The organist was Marie Eischens. The congregational hymns were Amazing Grace, On Eagle’s Wings and When The Roll Was Called Up Yonder. Serving as casket bearers were Tayler Stuber, Patrick Moses Jr., Mark Hennessey, Danny Stuber, Neil Holmquist and Corey Meyer. Frank Wayne Stuber was born the son of Herbert and Mabel (Miller) Stuber on November 7, 1938 in Hector. He was baptized on December 8, 1946 at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church I Stewart by Rev. Schultz. Frank was united in marriage with Shirley Fern Jorgenson on August 26, 1961 at the Faith Lutheran Church in Hutchinson by Rev. Anderson. On December 15, 1961 Frank enlisted in the United States Army. He served until his Honorable Discharge on December 13, 1963. Upon his discharge, the family lived in Rush River, Arlington, Gaylord and Stewart before moving to New Auburn. Frank retired from the Le Sueur Foundary after working there for over 33 years. Frank enjoyed fishing and watching football with his sons and grandsons. He suffered the death of his devoted wife Shirley on September 22, 2006.

On Friday August 31, 2007 Frank entered his eternal rest at the Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park at the age of 68 years, 9 months and 24 days. He is preceded in death by his father Herbert F. Stuber, wife Shirley F. Stuber, son-in-law Matthew Millerbernd, sister Evangeline Stuber. Frank is survived by his children Randy Stuber (wife: Priscilla) of Le Sueur, Robyn Moses (husband: Patrick Sr.) of New Auburn, Ryan Stuber (wife: Melissa) of Hector, Rashawna Millerbernd of New Auburn; grandchildren Tonya Stuber, Tiffany Stuber, Krystal Moses, Patrick Moses Jr., Tayler Stuber, Jasmine Stuber, Mitchell Stuber; great grandchild Brooklyn Kahle; mother Mabel Stuber of Arlington; brothers and sisters Betty Bahrke (husband: Maynherdt), Lloyd Stuber (wife: Tena), Dale Stuber (wife: LaDonna), Maryann Burgess, Shirley Kottke (husband: Larry), Darlene Hennessey (husband: Gene), Carol Hennessey (husband: Gerald), Maryls Hennessey (husband: Lee), Carlene Berger, Phyllis Clarke (husband: Dale), Mavis Huetteman (husband: Robert), Larry Stuber (wife: Sandy); as well as many other relatives and friends.
