Frank was one of my two attorney mentors back in the 70’s in St. Louis at Susman, Schermer, etc. To see this picture of him in a cowboy hat seems so incongruous with the very serious Frank I knew. He was, for sure, a champion of civil rights, and I learned much working with him. I am so sorry to hear of his passing but glad to read that he lived a fulfilled life with lots of loving family around him. May he rest in peace, and may his memory be a blessing to those who survive him.

Sad to get this news, worked for and with Frank for 10 years as the Firm's first legal administrator. In my interview, he gave me 6 months! Later, He and Barb, my wife fought for who made the best Cherry pie. Love to Nancy and family. Bill

As a young lawyer at Susman, Schermer, Rimmel &Parker, I had the pleasure to work with and learn from Frank. Great lawyer and teacher. And I like his hat! May he rest in peace.

I had the privilege of knowing Frank in the early days of reproductive rights. Frank was a true and effective advocate and I was honored to know him. I was so happy to learn that he was blessed to have a long time loving wife and family. Pat Palazzolo, St Louis MO
