Frank passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2015. Frank was a resident of Portsmouth, Virginia at the time of his passing. He was married to Ivanka. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday Dec. 10 2015 at Rosewood Memorial Park for family and friends. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Tidewater Drive Chapel.
Frank and I worked side-by-side for many years at Oceana. He was a very likeable person and always helpful. I considered him a friend. He will be missed by many. RIP Frank. Sharon Keplinger
