Frank was born on January 17, 1927 and passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017. Frank was a resident of Pennsylvania. Frank served in the Army during WW II. Friends received WEDNESDAY 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the WILLIAM F. CONROY FUNERAL HOME 2944 Chartiers Ave. Sheraden where a blessing service will be held on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Burial with Military Honors will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
