Frank Burnley Taylor of King George County died Friday, Aug. 13, 2004, at Woodmont Center. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Dandridge Taylor. He was the brother of the late Mary T. Hinson, William D. Taylor Jr. and Anna T.S. Meyers.
