I'm so sorry to hear about Frank's passing. I knew him from growing up in North Haven. We were in high school at the same time and he was a friend of my brother George. He was very kind to attend George's memorial reception 3 years ago and it was so nice to talk with him and reminisce. My sincere condolences to Frank's family.
