Not sure what to say?

Hello everyone. I was fortunate enough to know both Frank & Martha. They were two great people. They will be missed. Their mere presence was divine. I am glad I had the chance to be around them and to listen and learn from them when the opportunity was there. May God bless them both. I always felt when in their presence everything in life was understood 100%. They were truly special indeed!

Frank Tiller

My father was a wonderful man. He loved his students, all of whom have been very supportive to me and my family. Thanks especially to Dr. Winping Li who not only organized Dr. Tiller's 88th birthday party last February, but also constructed a wonderful memory book, of messages from former students and colleagues. She brought copies to his memorial service for everyone to take home. I am very grateful.

I was honored to serve as Chief of Party for Frank's USAID-sponsored graduate engineeing education Brazil project 1966-1968. He was also responsible for my later joining the University of Houston. Dr. Tiller was an outstanding human being, educator, and all-around gentleman. I will always remember him as a consummate professional and friend. He will be sorely missed.

Bob and I would like to express our deepest condolences at the passing of this brilliant, warm, inquisitive, and overall lovely man. We shall miss him greatly.

With grateful appreciation for Dr. Tiller's friendship of and support for International Studies at the University of St. Thomas.
