Frank was such a loving brother. He shall always be near and dear in my heart. He was the go-to person in the family and always willing and ready to lift you up, help you and/or lend a hand. Smart is a word that describes him well. There wasn't anything he couldn't do. He was quiet and soft-spoken like our father and other brothers. His love for the family knew no bounds.
