Frank Topping

So very sorry to learn of Frank's passing. I had the opportunity to work with him at ALDOT in Montgomery. My condolences to his family and other loved ones.

I served with Frank in the National Guard. He was one of the most caring persons I worked with. Always there to offer you a kind and positive word. When he smiled at you the day just brighten. He will be missed and God just received a new angel in Heaven. RIP Frank. My condolences and prayers go out to your family.
