Frank Lynne Vacin

It was with great regret that I learned of the death of my brother, Frank L. Vacin. Frank and I would talk via telephone each Sunday morning, and I called him the day before his passing. I knew from the sound of his voice that something drastic had happened. Frank was manager of the H & R Block office where we were income tax preparers for several years and found him to be a genuine, honest person who treated others with respect. It is very fitting that he be buried at Arlington as a retired military officer. Regards to his family, Karen
