Frank was more than a friend. He was also a respected community leader and helped with developing the Community Leadership Council at Cypress Pointe Hospital. I was deeply saddened when I learned of Frank's death. He was a friend and a kind, patient adviser to me as he administered our office's retirement business. I treasured his wisdom and advice. Few people come along in our lifetimes who exhibit honesty, friendship, and grace as he did, and I thank God for having the privilege of knowing him.
