Frank Robert Vargas

I always think positively, remember fondly, and loved both Frank and Hannah. Frank was a remarkable, knowledgeable, and well read man. But he was also a great human being, role model, and advisor.

It was a privilege and honor of knowing Uncle Frank. He will surely be missed by many. And I will definitely miss him. RIP. He meant the world to his beautiful family. Sorry for your loss.
