Frank was one of the first people I met when I became Superintendent. He was a great guy and excellent worker. He kept the West Warwick school System up and running when there was little or no available money for maintenance. May he rest in peace.

I was very saddened to read of your husband's and father's passing when I returned to Rhode Island today.
I have known Frank for almost 40 years. Frank and I worked together for 22 years at the West Warwick High School. Frank was also a good bowler and loved being at Mac's Bowl which is owned by my brother in law, Roger Lacroix.
We often spoke of you, his family. He was very proud of each one of you and of his business...
