We knew Frank at the Trucksville United Methodist Church as well as Dallas Township meetings. We also were fortunate enough to know his wonderful family which he and Sally instilled a active, community spirit and good work ethic. Frank devoted many hours to Dallas Township and leaves a wonderful, lasting legacy. Morag and I will miss his company , but have some wonderful memories of our relationship. Condolences to the family. You can be proud of his accomplishments.

Dear Barry, Sally, William, Robert, and entire family, This is Joan Wagner, former co-worker from Alltel when Barry worked at Commonwealth.
