Frank B. Walkup IV

Frank and I were on the Drill Team in JROTC at Riverdale together. He was very funny and he was a good friend. I miss him.

Frank was an exceptional man! We attended air assault school together in 2004. Such a charismatic man with a passion for life. I had the honor of visiting his gravesite last weekend while I was in Tennessee. AIR ASSAULT! Thank you for making the ultimate sacrifice. Never to be forgotten. You are truly the brightest star in the sky with a smile to die for.

Today is Veteran's Day and I would just like to thank Lt. Frank Walkup for his service and his sacrifice. I had the pleasure of knowing him during our RTCO class at Riverdale High School. I hated to hear of his passing. I live not far from his Memorial Bridge and my son and I are going to go pay our respects to him by putting a balloon there for him to remember his ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. My prayers are with his family.

Today is your 31st birthday! Happy Birthday in Heaven. my sweet son. I miss you still...I will always miss you. I love you my sweet Frankie. Noone can change my heart...I love you. I miss you.

HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY MY SWEET SON! Today, is your 30th birthday. I wish more than you could possibly know that you were still here on this earth to celebrate this day together...actually, I wish you were still here to celebrate EVERY DAY w/ you. Frankie, I miss you so. As I have said so many times...there is not a day, an hour that goes by that I don't think of you! You are such a part of my life still. To the family and friends of this fine young soldier. I am in the midst of doing a project for my Social Mass Media class. I chose Frank Walkup IV because of his smile. Interestingly enough, I found that his brother is in Germany recovering from 5 gunshot wounds. I am a Christian and I just want to let you know that God has/will send you the peace and courage that you need. May He continue to look after and comfort all of you and those you love. Psalms 31:9
