Frank was my friend and mentor as we volunteered at the St. Vincent de Paul Society. He served Jesus and our clients with unwavering devotion, charity and piousness. Frank was a very special man, and I will miss him.

Frank and I worked together at the Downtown Adult Center/Whiddon Adult Center for over 20 years. Frank was not only a co-worker but a good friend. His emails, calls, and annual visit will be missed. Frank touched the lives of those who were fortunate to come into his life. I always teased him that to him an electric pencil sharpener was "high tech."
