I was a PGE line crew employee during the years when Frank Warren was CEO and I think those were the best years of PGE - a good company run by a good man. I was sorry to read of his passing.

I am truly grateful for a wonderful grandfather to my three children, Frank Manley, William Francis, and Elizabeth Atkinson.
