Not sure what to say?

He was my Mentor and my friend. He was with me when I took the oath into the 26th S&T Bn for my service with the US Army. We served together for twenty years. He was one of the finest soldiers I have had the privilege to have known. He will be missed!

I had the pleasure of working with Frank during his rehabilitation stay...he was truly an amazing man and I am so happy he was able to return home...he was a feisty one! My thoughts are with his family. He definitely made an impression on everyone in the rehab hospital.

To the family, friends and comrades in arms. On behalf of myself and my wife we offer our deepest and heart felt sympathy! The world, nation and all who knew him will feel a great loss in his passing to the spirit world. We hope the strength, love and loyalty he gave to all who knew him will lessen the grief we feel today. We salute the spirit and life of great man today, and will do so into the future! Respectfully, Lee(Little Hand) and Karin (Woman of the Wind)Burlingame

Dolly, Cindy and families - I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Frank so well. He was an honorable and courageous individual. God Bless Frank.

The family of Princess Winona and the native american community was honored to know this wonderful man. His given native name was "Gentle Warrior" and he was truly a role model and inspiration to us all. Safe journey, dear Gentle Warrior, and please say hello to Princess Winona for us.

In Honor of my cousin Frank: My first memory of you goes back 57 years when you took me for a motor boat ride. All my memories of you are special. Martha (Savage) Penz
