Not sure what to say?

I knew Tom from WCAU-TV. I worked in operations and engineering and he was in news, so I saw him less often than some others. Tom was an outgoing guy so he was easy to talk to. Sorry to hear of his passing!

Tom was one of my photographers when I started as the overnight assignment editor at Channel 10 my first year back in '85. He never complained when I would call him in the middle of the night to cover a breaking news story. His comment was always the same: "What is it this time, Hank?" with a laugh. I met Tom my first year at NBC10, his last. He was always such a nice guy, always with a smile on his face, always a joy to be around. My prayers and condolences to the whole family.

To Clementine (Watson) Griffin and family, we are so sorry for your loss and pray God will be with you through the days ahead. With deepest sympathy, Jack and Donna Devine

Tom's family, please accept my condolences. During our 17 years as colleagues at channel 10, he served as a mentor and source of wry insight on the stories we covered. Tom was a steady, calming influence who helped shape our news broadcasts, whether or not many realized it. Although I moved on shortly after he did, I always take with me fond memories of working with Tom. Best wishes,

Scott, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. My heart goes out to you and your family. May he rest in peace and may his love be with you the rest of your days. Sending healing prayers, Jenny Layer Riley
