I am Kim Pryor, daughter of Phil and Glenda Angel, and fondly remember Dr. Frank during my years growing up at Deep Springs. He was a fine gentleman and I am happy to have known him. Please accept my sincere sympathy.

Alf and Frank, Jr. I was sorry to hear of Doctor Frank' passing. He was certainly one of the finest people that I ever knew. I remember some of the golfing days at Riverview Golf Course where I really got to know your dad. Just remember that one day we will see him again, because of our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ.

"Doc" will be deeply missed by all of his special friends at NW dialysis center. He will be remembered for his humor and charm. Heartfelt spmpathy goes out to all of the Webster family and friends of "Doc". We have all lost someone very special to us.
