Entered into eternal rest on December 16, 2018 at the age of 84.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 1:30 PM. The Funeral Service will begin at 2:30 PM. Both services honoring a life well lived, will be held in the Chapel of Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Rd., Houston, TX 77077. Interment immediately following services.

I worked with Frank at Fluor and feel lucky to have known him! He was such a kind, gentle guy. Never saw him in a bad mood ever! Love and prayers to his family at this difficult time!
