Not sure what to say?

Pat,
So sorry for your loss.

I have known Frank since 1988. Two events stand out to be treasures in my memories. When he blessed my home and the sermon he gave about fake it till you make it. My sympathies to Jen & Zachary.

What a shock! Pat, I lost track of you and Frank at about the same time, probably just before you were married. At Saint Alban's and afterward, I always considered Frank a dear friend and pastoral guide, who helped me through some tough times. Of course, we shared a love for the pipes, and actually played together a number of times. I can't imagine what carried him off so young, because I remember him as a vital, active, youthful man. Fairfield Concours d'Elegance, Sept 2010

Frank had a presense in stature and personality; a positive and competitive person. He will be missed as a family man, vicor, author, car buff, movie maker, friend, and I am sure as an Army Chaplin. He was a person you wanted to be around and was always challenging himself. My sympathies to the famiy, and Frank's mother. Pat....Hope you keep driving the classics....May God's strength find you and be gracious unto you, now and forever.

Chaplain Wismer was a great soldier and chaplain. He had a very good sense of humor and was a soldier's chaplain..He will be greatly missed.

God bless Frank's memory and his service. He will be sorely missed by all of us - my family and his fellow Soldiers.

Sincere condolences to Pat and family.

A light extinguished too soon. We will miss Frank. May God's peace and comfort be with you, Pat, and with your whole family.
