Frank Toy Yoder

Frank and I served in the USCG in Oshima, Japan together. We're good friends. He signed for my code when I applied for my amateur radio license. I remember getting lost during a hike on the mountain on Oshima and spending the night in a Japanese woodworkers shack. Rest in peace Frank.

I enjoyed the FHE for Young Adults in your home and grateful for the example all of you were to me. May the loving arms of the Holy Ghost comfort you all at this time. What a great blessing to have a knowledge of where he is and that he is Happy and having much Joy with others that have passed before him. Till we meet him again...

I remember growing up with Bishop Yoder. He was always quiet but amazing. He was my bishop throughout my teenage years and his sweet presence in his home and at church was always a comfort. My love goes out to his family! Paige Sturgis Howard
