I studied Kung Fu and competed under Master Kwan in the early 80s at Rhein Main AB Germany. I was the beginning of a long martial arts journey that still continues this day.

Frankie Dow was my martial arts teacher at Rhein Main Air Base in Germany while we were in the Air Force together. I always admired his dedication to the art, especially his spirituality. He would drive an hour, one way, from Ramstein every day just to teach us. God bless.

My Yogamante Rickey Speller was a good friend of Grandmaster Dow's, and I was mesmerized by hiss every word, and move. The US Army disallowed me to travel to...
