I am proud to have called this man my cousin. I only remember fragments as I was much younger but I knew the stories and my children and grandchild have free up with the stories

Franklin was a great officer and was a great teammate to all of his SEAL TEAM Brothers and help lay the foundation for what we have in the Naval Special Warfare Organization today. HOO YAH!!
