I had the pleasure of working with Frank in the Idaho legislature. He was always a gentleman, articulate, and gifted with a sense of humor. He could laugh at himself, something a lot of politicians cannot do. Even on those rare occasions that we disagreed on a particular issue, he never took it personally. Marsha and I counted Sharon and him as friends. Godspeed, sir.
