My deepest condolences go out to the entire Carter family. I met Dirk when I first moved to Summerville in the 2nd grade. He was the tallest person in our pod so he stood out. We played youth baseball together as well as other varsity sports. We became very good friends throughout our time at Summerville and I am deeply saddened to hear about his passing. I would like to offer my condolences and deepest sympathy to the family of Dirk Carter. We all grew up in the same neighborhood as children we play together it was just a wonderful area to grow up in he´s going to be truly missed and no matter what every time you see him he´d have that same beautiful smile on his face. Family be strong because you´ve done everything that you could do and just know that he´s in no more pain and he truly loved you guys as much as you love him.
