Not sure what to say?

I remember Frank well from my "junior" days at IBM. He was a great leader and a great man. I will always cherish his friendship.

My deepest sympathy to Lisa, Dave, and Frank's family....

Frank, everyone who met you went away with a feeling that you were truly a special person. You made the world a better place by being part of it. You were part of that universal consciousness of love that is called God. Have no worries, my friend, the Lord will see that Lisa is taken care of. Trust her to His care. The Lord will comfort her when she turns to Him for His help. Her friends and family will be there for her. We wish you a fond farewell on your journey. We will see you on the...

My sympathies to Lisa and other members of Frank's family. It was truly a pleasure to know him. His involvement with many companies and organizations allowed one to see his interest in people and in the community. Our organization will truly miss his vision and insight. The community will miss a great leader, entrepreneur and friend.

Frank: My word that describes you best is "grace." Without pre-condition, you graced everyone you met with boundless optimism and genuine personal interest. That this quality was accompanied by such creative energy for economic development was pure blessing for Pennsylvania. We at the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania salute a wonderful friend and supporter.

I will always remember Frank for his talkability--he could talk with anyone on any level. What an interesting, remarkable man. I can still see him running through the halls of IBM--rushing to a meeting, carrying several stacks of folders. His enthusiasm was contagious. Frank was an excellent businessman, but balanced his professional life with love and dedication to his family. I wish Lisa, David and the entire family good memories. Frank is now in a better place--a place where pain and...

It's obvious that Frank had deep and loving roots in the community. I knew Frank through a number of organizations, most noteably the Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Organization, and the Minsi Trails Council, BSA. Everyone looked to Frank for his quick and accurate judgements, whether it be a crisis situation, or the more mundane daily decisions that always need to be made. Frank treated everything with the feeling that it was the most important thing he had to do. As a businessman, it will be...

My deepest sympathies to Lisa, David and family on the passing of Frank Gillespie. I will always remember Frank for his optimism, leadership, humility and kindness.

I doubt Frank ever stopped to realize what an inspiration he was to so many. There was just too little time! Frank had the uncanny ability to discover that proverbial diamond in the rough and greatness in everyone. He emanated more creative energy, determination and vision than anyone I have come to know. He was a...

My sincere condolences to all of Frank's family. I met Frank through CAI and will miss his smiling face and cheerful greetings.

Frank was one of the most poitive, creative people I've known. Directing his energy to foster success - it was a pleasure to work for and with him. He was a difference-maker and we were glad to know him. Our sympathies to all of Frank's family.
