Read MoreI am glad I saw Frank's obituary. I was devastated I did not see Billie's and was told much later of her death. Billie and I taught school together in the Spanish department at Midway High School. We shared our lives and supported each other in every way. Billie and Frank - what a devoted husband and wife team !

Frank and Billie were longtime friends of mine. I knew them for more than 20 years. They were truly amazing people. You couldn't have nicer people to call them your friends. We had many Sunday afternoons just talking and talking while watching football. And Billie loved her college football. They will and are truly missed. Rest in peace my dear sweet friends.
