Frank was a wonderful person! I knew him from working at the washougal Bimart. He was one of the customers that kept me coming to work! He always had a great story. I will miss his kind words and caring spirit. Judy my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!

I haven't seen Frank in years but I can still see his smile. He worked with my Mom at Sears , he was the Allstate man. He always had a joke and a smile. I can still see him driving his antique car. He was one cool dood. Judy, God Bless you and your family.
