Not sure what to say?

Dad, Well it will be 18 years since you´ve passed this October and in some ways it feels like yesterday. Your grandson Chase Franklin is growing into an incredible young man, while Alexandra (who became engaged last night), Colin (will god willing be in medical school this year), and beautiful curly haired Olivia (killing it at college going to be an incredible engineer), are equally as wonderful and gifted. My only wish is that they could have met and known Mom and definitely have had more...

Well it is the day before Thanksgiving and I am pondering all the wonderful and numerous gifts in my life, of which you are certainly one. There are so many ways that you have inhanced my life and so many things you have given me or taught me that I am thankful for...

I am thankful for all the times that we spent together.

I am thankful for the times when you pulled me into a conversation about something that I knew nothing about and helping me to realize what humbleness is. ...

Dad,
I find myself in an ironic position. For a man of such eloquence of speech and never a lack of it, I am floundering to avail myself of appropriate musings. Each day I greet your picture whichnow rests in the chair next to mine but it certainly fails miserably un comparison to hearing a hearty, "Welcome home, Candy!" as I walked in the door. I love you and miss you. Kiss Mom for me. Your loving daughter,
Candy

Dad,
I find myself in an ironic position. For a man with such eloquence of speech and never a lack of it, I fail to bring forth any that seem appropriate. Although I greet your picture daily as it rests in the chair next to mine, it's not the same as walking in the door and hearing a hearty, "Welcome home, Candy" I love you and miss you. Kiss Mom for me. Your loving daughter, Candy

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are...

Dear Candy,
I was blessed to have met your dad and he was without a doubt and wonderful person. I will always remember his wonderful sense of humor and wisdom. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Dear Leslie, I'm very sorry for your loss. I know how much your dad meant to you; I also have a strong sense that your unique relationship meant the world to him and while he was here, gave him a great deal of happiness. And that counts, or maybe it's all there is. My condolences, andre

We met Frank at a Pearl hHarbor remembrance day at Post 735. It was a pleasure to meet him. We'll miss him this year.

What a great honor it was to know him. From the magic to the incredible stories he told, we are so grateful to have "Grandpa" be part of our lives. We will miss him at all of the things we shared in with your family.

Dear Howard,
You will be greatly missed, however your spirit lives on in your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. I'm proud to include your daughter Sara, your granddaughter Julie, and your grandchildren Alexandra, Colin, Olivia, and Lily as part of my family also. Your heritage will live on and I will always remember your smiling face and your words when I would pick you up on Main St. and you would say to me, "Hi November" We love you dearly and are so pleased that...
